Comments and Suggestions Form

Please only use this form for comments about the practice and suggestions as to how we can improve our service to you. Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.

We hold regular Patient Participation Group meetings and we welcome new members. PPGs are generally made up of a group of volunteer patients, the practice manager and one or more of the GPs from the practice, they meet on a regular basis to discuss the services on offer, and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice. Please see our website, Facebook page or in-Surgery literature for the dates of future meetings. We welcome your views and look forward to seeing you!
